Shipping policy

Due to our products being made to order. All orders are processed within 7 to 21 business days depending on the crop ordered (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Local delivery

​

Free local delivery is available for orders made within and for delivery in Johannesburg.

Deliveries are made from 6 am on Thursdays. We will contact you via text message / Whatsapp with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you that product has been dispatched from our farm on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an SMS / WhatsApp notification from us which will include the estimated time of delivery.

 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@bayanigreens.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more information regarding refunds.
